NN/LM PNR is sponsoring the MLA Satellite Teleconference

Reading Between the Lines:  Focus on Health Information Literacy
Wednesday, September 10, 2003        11:00am - 1:00pm

at the Center on Human Development & Disability (CHDD)
University of Washington Campus, Seattle, WA

The goals of the program are to enhance the knowledge of information
professionals about the concepts of health information literacy and to
highlight opportunities for using these principles in the provision of
quality consumer health and patient education services.

Participants will receive 2 MLA CE contact hours.

There is no charge for attending the teleconference. Please contact
Maryanne Blake via e-mail (blakema at u.washington.edu) or phone
(206-543-8262 or 1-800-338-7657) to register to attend the teleconference.

The broadcast is over the lunch hour but no food or drink is allowed in
the auditorium.  You can bring a brown bag lunch to eat in the lobby
immediately before or after or plan to lunch at the hospital or South
Campus Center cafeterias.
