All,

Due to a forecast of snow and icy conditions, the release of DOCLINE 1.5,
previously scheduled for Thursday, February 27th, has been changed to
Monday evening, March 3, 2003.  We anticipate DOCLINE to be unavailable
from approximately 8pm - 10:30pm Eastern Time to promote the changes.

We apologize for the delay and hope that spring will be arriving shortly
in the Washington, DC area.
