[PNRNews] Important PubMed/MeSH changes

Several significant changes to the 2007 PubMed system are expected shortly, with full implementation of the 2007 system:
Pre-1966 records with MeSH descriptors are now tagged as "PubMed--Indexed for MEDLINE" rather than Oldmedline; nine MeSH descriptors were changed to Publication Types; Limits will be updated to reflect new Publication Types; and date of electronic publication will be searchable.
