Health Promotion Consultant

Major social service agency serving the elderly seeks an
individual to be responsible for planning, coordinating,
facilitating, and monitoring senior based health promotion
programs for older adults.  You will assess individual and
community needs for health promotion, plan, implement, and
evaluate such programs.

BSN, MPH or Master's degree in other health-related fields
with a min. of 3 yrs. relevant experience with older adults.
Experience in community contact, planning and coordinating
workshops helpful.

Salary of $31,613 & excellent benefits package, including
