Personal Health Facilitator
 
Lexant is looking for Personal Health Facilitators to work in our new call
center for delivery of health promotion and disease management services. 
Individuals must be very strong communicators and superb listeners.  The
ability to learn new health information quickly, flexibility in dealing with
people's needs, and a strong belief in the ability to make a positive health
related behavioral changes are required.  A degree in Health Education is
preferred.
