provides basic facts regarding foodborne pathogenic microorganisms and
natural toxins."

The site contains articles and descriptions as well as articles (often
from MMWR) on all sorts of nasties: Bacteria, Parasitic Protozoa and
Worms, Viruses, Natural Toxins, and Appendices (various things). 

You should be able to find all sorts of information to use to incorporate
into pamphlets and the like.
