Patient educators for mytonic dystrophy

Renee, Life seems to move in circles
I looked up this topic for an acquaintance 
not too long ago...found info under myotonic dystrophy and Steinerts disease
i thought the brochure helpful although a bit over written.  Looks
like the MDA would be a good source for patient education
materials.
