Friends:

Some hints for using Netscape more efficiently.

Control C - use Ctrl c (hold the Ctrl key down and type c) to copy
highlighted text into your clipboard. This can be a URL, a paragraph from
a Web page or a few characters. Once in the clip board, you can paste it
into another document, or in the case of a URL, into Netscape's Go
To:/Location/Website window.

Right Clicking with your mouse on a URL in the body of a Webpage gives you
several options. Use right clicking to open the URL in a separate Netscape
window, reload the page, view the HTML, add a bookmark or shortcut, or
save or copy a link.

Ctrl O opens up a drop down box for entering URLs. I don't use this
feature much since I mostly key in or copy URLs into the slot on the menu
bar. It is useful to know a few keyboard commands if your menu bar
accidently disappears and you've forgotten how to get it back. (more about
this in another message).
