Friends:

Making your Netscape Tool bars behave.

If you sit down at someone else's computer and you can't find one of the
tool bars you need to use, go to View, then select the missing toolbar and
click on it to Show it. The three toolbars are called: Navigation Toolbar,
Location toolbar (where you type in the URL of the site you want to
visit), and Personal Toolbar (has such options as New and Cool, Look up,
Netscape).

If you cannot find the toolbar but you see one or more horizontal bars in
the upper left hand side of the menu bar, move your cursor over one of the
bars. If it says Navigation Toolbar, Location Toolbar or Personal Toolbar,
just click on it once to have it appear. Sometimes folks turn these off if
they want more display space for the Websites they're visiting.

Anyway, like anything else, learning how your key tools work by playing
with them makes a big difference in your efficiency. Give yourself
permission to click on buttons to see what they do, and above all, take
the time to read or refer to the help files when you need information.
