Searching for Dorothy Nyswander on Video

I apologize if this is a repeat request.  Several years ago, the SOPHE
Annual Meeting was held in San Francisco.  Dorothy Nyswander was still alive
and contributing to our wonderful profession, but she was too frail to
attend the meeting.  She shared a warm, motivational message via videotape.
I bought a copy of the tape for the PNW SOPHE Chapter, and I have loaned it
out several times.  Naturally, I didn't keep track of who I loaned it to!  I
would love to learn its whereabouts and to get it back to use in a community
health class I'm teaching this fall.  Anyone have any leads?  Thanks for
