The Tobacco Prevention Program with the Snohomish Health District in Everett is a strong program.  Jonnae Tillman is the contact at 425-339-8634.  Department of Health, King County, also has a Tobacco Prevention Program that is just as strong.  Dave Harrelson is the contact there (don't have that number...sorry).
