The short story is that I am the Wellness Coordinator for Marion County in Salem, Oregon.  I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Health Promotion Foundation and am the Regional President of the Association for Worksite Health Promotion.  

Anyway, Seaside Speaks is a free weekly email for health promotion professionals and has good health, humor and health promotion happenings news in it.  It's fee, the only goal of it (an me) is to increase the communication of health promotion people in the Northwest.
