Primer on Population Health

If you are on the Group Health Community Foundation's mailing list, you may
have received a remarkable publication in the past week or so.  The
publication is, "Improving Everyone's Quality of Life: A Primer on
Population Health."  It is a very relevant, readable, and to-the-point
publication (that means it's only 16 pages long!).  The publication was
developed by Marshall Kreuter and Nicole Lezin, with a list of fine
consultants and experts, including Meredith Minkler, Leonard Breslow, and
Larry Green.

The cover letter from Bill Beery indicated I could "feel free to reproduce
and distribute the information as I see fit."  I think you might want your
very own copy.  Check for copies with the Foundation:
