CDC has been sending these flyers only as PDF files, and has not gotten them
posted on their own web site as quickly as I would like to see them. The
Public Health Foundation has this information as an HTML page.

However, the satellite information is only on the PDF file that is on the
PHTN web site --
which is at a new location starting this morning:

http://www.phppo.cdc.gov/phtn/

Let us know if you still have problems with these files. I suspect they are
for Acrobat 4.0 and above, but am not sure.
