Subject: bio

In applying for a grant recently, I have been requested to provide a "bio" of myself, highlighting my skills in health education, evaluation, computer skills, etc.
When this request has come up in the past, I've been able to provide a resume of skills and accomplishments.

I am struggling now with the requirement of 1-2 paragraphs to talk about myself! How do we adequately explain our skills as health educators (to the non-health education world)? Somehow when you know you have a lot of skills and experience it's hard to convey that in a clear, brief, understandable manner....

I'm sure this will come up again for me (or many of you) in the future, so it will be good to have one solid bio written when I'm finally done.

Anyone have any samples or reference suggestions they'd like to share?

Thanks for the help.
