Participants will begin to understand:


*	Comprehensive strategies for prevention, changing policy and
organizational practices, sustainability, 

*	Best practices that cross prevention program areas find shared
objectives and ideas about potential areas for cross-program collaboration 

*	Key collaboration concepts and how to approach collaboration across
program/issue areas including how to better understand each other's
perspectives, identify key players, address misconceptions, clarify
benefits, and identify strengths and gaps 

*	The  importance of fostering a collaborative environment within
their own organization and how they might encourage greater collaboration
across programs 

*	How to communicate the importance of policy and organizational
practice change to constituents, insight into the varied perspectives on
policy work, and ideas of how to address the range of sources of skepticism
to promote cohesive efforts 

*
