*Job Description/Duties:* We’re looking for a motivated, self-directed
student, with an interest in child and adolescent health services
research, to assist us with our grants and projects. We are the Child
and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative (CAHMI), and we were
established in 1998 as a national collaboration to develop and implement
a comprehensive set of consumer-centered quality measurement tools.
Originally housed at FACCT - Foundation for Accountability, the CAHMI
now resides at OHSU. We provide leadership and resources for measuring
and communicating information about the quality of health care for

*Typical Responsibilities and Duties:*
1. Enter quantitative and qualitative data collected through surveys,
site visits, focus groups, and cognitive interviews.
2. Enter data output into table shells and strategic reports provided
by the research team. Tables are part of reports and/or drafts of
articles to be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal. Check data
entered in project reports.
3. Assist with marketing of the Data Resource Center web sites,
including the identification of new audiences, drafting documents,
etc.
4. Conduct literature reviews about specific research projects the
CAHMI is investigating. Scan child health services websites for
information relevant to our work.
5. Assist with the assembly of large documents, such as grant
reports, technical assistance manuals, etc.
6. Assist with document and PowerPoint presentation formatting and
assist with creating posters for presentation at national meetings.
7. Enter project expenses into project tracking database to assist
the PI in managing the research project.
8. Review federal and private funding organizations web sites for new
grant opportunities.
9. Manage and maintain list of individuals and organizations who use
the CAHMI tools.
10. Assist with planning and logistics of upcoming conferences.
11. Perform other related duties as required.
*Applicant Qualifications/Requirements:* All applicants must be an
undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or
university. Interest in research, especially child health services
research preferred. We are a busy group who does challenging work, if
that sounds appealing to you, please apply.
*Work Schedule:* 10 -15 hours a week. Daily hours flexible, but need
to fall generally within standard business hours.
*Wage range and benefits:* Unpaid Position
*Public Transportation Access:* OHSU is best accessed via public
transportation. There are many Tri-met busses that service the campus.
