standard Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department application form and
Affidavit of Non-Tobacco Use must be completed. Applications with
Affidavit of Non-Tobacco Use will be accepted from May 22, 2006 through
May 26, 2006. Job Summary 
The Vital Records Unit is seeking to fill one Project, Full-time,
Public Health Educator II position. This is an advanced professional
classification under the direction of an immediate supervisor. This
position will focus on developing and conducting an education and
outreach program specifically to health providers in support of a new
electronic death registration system  ( abbreviated) A full position
