UW Public Health Internet Study  When: Saturday June 2nd, 2007
Where: Center for Public Health Informatics of Washington

Wanted: Seattle area local public health professionals for participation in
an Internet study. The University of Washington's Center for Public Health
Informatics is conducting focus groups and observations to investigate
information searching behavior among public health practitioners. The
results of this study will be used to assist in the design of Internet tools
for public health practice.

Participants must currently work for a public
health department, preferably in community assessment, maternal child health
or environmental health. Participants will be observed while searching on
the Internet and will participate in a discussion group to share their
experience.


The session will take approximately 2 hours and will take place on Saturday
June 2, 2007 on the campus of the University of Washington.
Participants will receive a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate as an honorarium
for completing the study.
