The Immunization Program CHILD Profile at the Washington State
Department of Health is currently recruiting for a full-time,
non-permanent Health Services Consultant 3, AFIX/VFC Quality Assurance
Coordinator.  This position coordinates VFC/AFIX site visit activities
with local health departments and Department of Health staff and
provides consultation, technical assistance, and education for LHJs and
DOH staff related to AFIX, quality assurance, and CQI processes.
