This is an interesting advertisement put up by Governemnt of Delhi, national capital of India. It is interesting to see that ad talks about the ill-effects of smoking but it is completely silent/ actively ignorant about spelling outs its action at the source, i.e. at the nmanufacturing and sale level. So, what do we need to do if state gets blind?
