[Pophealth] OCED health olympic comparison tables

When I talk about population health issues, it often comes down to whether 
in the US, we live healthier lives, but just die younger, and perhaps that 
is better.  Hard to find data to justify that.  This blog has some 
comparison charts that I've attached.

Not only is the US’s life expectancy at or near the bottom of the
industrialized world, but Americans spend more of their shorter lives
in poor health (as defined by the WHO).
