Free Speech TV ran the David Pakman show which ran a segment on the relative declining health of Americans.

Credit
was given to the "U of W Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluations"
for providing a county by county life expectancy analysis. Data states
life expectancy in the U.S.is 37th in the world. Women were especially
impacted in U.S. counties. For years 1997 to 2007 number of counties where women's health position dropped "exploded" to 737.

The
story still relates the figures to health care, avoiding the social
determinants of health issues (quite usual by now), but at least there
is some discussion about the U.S. decline in relative position with
other "first world" societies.

The segment can be seen on the July 7, 2011 show, link below::

Cheers,

Don
