Such an announcement indicates some shift in perspectives of US county  
health departments.  Stephen



The Santa Clara County (California) Public Health Department is  
looking for experienced individuals or organizations who would be  
interested in contracting with us for writing reports using  
epidemiologic data on various health equity topics. Â Most contracts  
are 2-3 months in length. All coordination with staff can be done by  
email and telephone (no need to be located in Santa Clara County).
