[Preservenw] April 13th Deadline - Washington Competitive Preservation Grants

A reminder that the Washington State Library competitive preservation 
grant proposals much be received or postmarked by April 13, 2007. See 
below for details.

Competitive Preservation Grants

The purpose of this grant cycle is to provide funding for preserving 
collections of materials in Washington libraries with significant historical or 
cultural value. Materials should have long-term value and be accessible to the 
public.

A total of $100,000 is available for award in 2007,. This grant cycle has a 
maximum limit of $20,000 per award. A total of five to seven awards are 
anticipated.

All LSTA eligible libraries may apply for this grant cycle.

Application Deadline  Postmarked or received by April 13, 2007
