A few more details have emerged about the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF) stakeholder forum for FEMA Region X in Bothell, WA, on March 1.
-- You can attend the meeting via webinar. But you still must register by sending an email to: NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov<mailto:NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov>
Include "REQUEST REGISTRATION INVITE" in the Subject Line. You will then receive a registration email with the instructions.
-- And this from FEMA:
We have discovered that some email clients are blocking the NDRF registration PFD form’s ability to submit the return the RSVP email. If you have sent the NDRF registration reply email using the “Submit” button found in the PDF Reservation form and have not received a confirmation email AFTER 5PM the following day we have not received your registration RSVP. If you have not received a registration conformation and it is AFTER 5PM the following day please use the following steps below to resend your registration.
1. With the Registration PDF form opened and filled out click the File button at the upper left corner of the document.
2. In the dropdown menu select ATTACH TO EMAIL
3. This should open your email program with a new email containing the Registration Form as an attachment.
4. Address the email to NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov<mailto:NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov>
5. Insert the subject line “Submitting Completed Form”
6. As an option you may want to cc your own email to confirm that it was sent
7. Send the email
8. After you send the email wait until after 3PM to receive a confirmation email that you have been registered. (See above for when to expect the confirmation)
9. If you still do not receive a confirmation email please send an email to NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov<mailto:NDRF-Registration-R10 at fema.dhs.gov> requesting further assistance and we will work with you to find an alternative solution
Please DO NOT SCAN A COPY OF YOUR REGISTRATION AND SEND IT, WE ARE UNABLE TO UTILIZE SCANNED FORMS.
