Yes, that was the merge of the UWash3 branch.

If you already have a working copy of the main branch,
you should be able to cvs update it and it'll pull
down these changes. You'll have to watch for conflicts
with anything you've done and not checked in.

Someone like me, however, will probably just checkout
from scratch, since I don't have a working copy.
