[pubcookie-dev] Re: mod_pubcookie seems ok on RH 9

Although the openssl-0.9.7a-5 and openssl-devel-0.9.7a-5
packages were present, I quickly gave up trying to
locate the right libraries and just installed 0.9.7b
from source.

I'd give it another try if I knew what I was looking for.
