[pubcookie-dev] Patch to enable HTTP auth deferal

As a quick update -- our testing with mod_pubcookie has shown that our
patch is not sufficient to fully integrate spnego. It works if you go
directly to the login application, but when you do redirects, then we
don't see the expected behaviour, just a regular login window.

We'll try to figure it out, but if anyone has any pointers, we'd love
to hear them. I think everyone would greatly benefit if we could get
SPNEGO working with pubcookie, since it looks so slick in
presentations (log into windows, and you are automatically logged into
all web apps). :)
