Hi Alan,

I'm not aware of any fee-based support services that have popped 
up in the pubcookie community. Support is community-based and 
takes place largely thru the pubcookie-users email list. This may 
present something of a risk to organizations that are used to 
purchasing support along with software, but it works pretty well 
for those of us using it.
