I met the same problem like this, anyone can help me?

I face a problem with pubcookie 3.0.0-beta3 :
Apache server dies when setup to use pubcookie :
	 LoadModule pubcookie_module   libexec/mod_pubcookie.so
	...
	 AddModule mod_pubcookie.c
	...
	PubcookieAuthTypeNames basic_flavor
	PubcookieInactiveExpire -1
	PubcookieLogin https://my.server.fr/pubcookie/login.cgi 

Apache log says :
[Wed Feb 12 15:58:18 2003] [error] couldn't parse session key: 
/usr/local/apache/conf/ssl.key/my.server.key
[Wed Feb 12 15:58:18 2003] [error] security_init failed
