These settings depend on how you obtained your SSL
cert, and the keyserver won't work without one of
them being set. So either you ran keyclient and got
a key in /usr/local/pubcookie/keys, suggesting that
your ssl_ca_file/ssl_ca_path was a good one, or you
haven't run keyclient on your login server yet.
