[pubcookie-users] Kerberos Delegation

Hi Marlow, there's actually some documentation in
the 3.1 tarball, it's just not on pubcookie.org. My
error.

Specifically, see doc/krb5-getcred.html and post any
questions you've got. There are a few sites using this
functionality and we're discussing how to improve it
for the next release.
