Hey, Nathan:

Yes, the setup is different, since the FHS standards mandate that 
files get placed in certain paths, therefore I can't install 
everything into, say, /usr/pubcookie or /opt/pubcookie. Things get 
installed into /etc/pubcookie, /etc/pki/pubcookie, 
/usr/lib/pubcookie, /usr/sbin, and /var/lib/pubcookie/keys. This 
makes the configure and install process... well... a little 
complicated. :)

I'll probably end up maintaining the pubcookie package in Fedora 
Extras, so as long as I'm part of the Fedora project, I should be 
able to provide up-to-date packages.
