[pubcookie-users] cannot modify header information

Hi Bing,

Were Apache or PHP recently upgraded on the app server hosting 
typo3? The "cannot modify header" message kinda sounds like an 
Apache/PHP/mod_pubcookie conflict. mod_pubcookie definitely wants 
and needs to set cookie headers.

You might view source on the blank page to see if there's anything 
there.
