[pubcookie-users] Is it possible to run two pubcookie filters on one windows server?

We are using two different authentication sources for our pubcookies.
We use the UWNetID pubcookie login server for some applications.
For other apps we run our own pubcookie login server which uses 
verify_fork to authenticate against our database.

Is it possible to run two instances of the pubcookie filter on a windows
server, one using the UWNetId pubcookie login server and one using our
pubcookie login server?

We think not - but I'd like confirmation - 
because there is only a place for one set of registry entries for the 
pubcookie filter. On a linux server I think that we could run multiple 
apache instances each with an independent pubcookie module pointed at 
whatever data source we choose.
