[pubcookie-users] Keyclient error

I am having trouble getting the keyclient on a Windows server with IIS to connect to our keyserver.  The keyserver is also new so this has never functioned properly.  The error I receive when I simply run keyclient.exe is 'Could not build a secure connection to keyserver'.  I have attempted to run keyclient -H keyserver and then receive the error 'Could not find server certificate for keyserver'.  I am using a GoDaddy issued certificate for the session keypair and a self-signed cert for the granting keypair.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
