RHSA Ex-Officio Bill

Hello,
  After speaking with a number of BOC members, I decided to hold off on
presenting the ex-officio bill to the Board of Control, that would create 
an ex-officio position for RHSA on teh ASUW Board of Control. My reasoning
is as follows:

1) Regardless of the outcome of the vote, at this point, the bill would
still need to be voted on in the Spring Elections.  (like all ASUW
Constitution amendments)

2) I am also in the process of contacting other major on-campus
organizations about collaboration on a single bill to present in the
future.  This will help RHSA because the bill will have a stronger support 
(in numbers).
