today's rhsa meeting

to clear up any confusion, a programming committee meeting was cancelled,
NOT rhsa's general council (gc) meeting.  rhsa gc will be today at 4pm in
haggett se.  there is a very full agenda, including three resolutions, to
be discussed this afternoon.  see you there!
