President Eric Higgins:

Nothing to Report

Vice-president Julia Black (report given by committee chairs):

CAC-The trip to SPU on December 1 was incredible, the food was great, and
the facilities were beautiful. However the set up at SPU is not practical
for HFS, due to the fact that at SPU it is all you can eat. At the last
CAC meeting the winter menus were reviewed, one change was made from
turkey cutlet alfredo to turkey dijon meal. New Boss Tucker items were
sampled with acclaim for the roasted garden veggie sandwich and the
chicken ceaser salad sandwich. The next meeting will be on Wednesday at
5pm.

CPC-A walk through of Mercer was completed with an interior designer and
the HFS Projects Coordinator to help plan what will be done with the
Mercer Docks.

Administrative Manager Margaret Mead:

Announced the start up of the constitution and bylaws committee, which
will be reviewing both the RHSA constitution and all the hall council
constitutions to make sure that there are no conflicts and to improve
clarification of guidelines.

Treasurer Rosa Le:

No Report

National Communications Coordination (N.C.C.) Melissa Metzger:

Fundraising went extremely well, there were a total of 464 care packages
ordered. There are three conferences coming up: No Frills which is
February 11-13, 4 people will be attending; NWRLLC which is March 3-5, an
RA based conference but is open to everyone, and NACURH which is coming
Memorial Day weekend.

Programming Director Ranielle Gray:

The programming committee is getting started up, there was a lot of
interest at the North campus meeting on December 2 in the SADD cafi.
