Hey all,
Tomorrow's RHSA General Council Wagga-wagga will be in Haggett NE Dining at 4:00. We know Haggett dining is supposed to be closed, but they have assured us that our meeting will still be held there. Additionally, there will be a meeting on Wednesday for all those interested in working on the UW's bid to host a regional conference, No Frills, next year. The meeting will be at 5:00 in the RHSA office, so come on down if you're interested in UW hosting one of the most important conferences in the region next year!

President's Report - Ansel Olsen
There is an article out today in "The Daily" about the Help Nicole drive and the RHSA/ Greek cooperation;
"University Weekly," a staff-based publication will have an article about RHSA's regional POY and SALT wins;
The second Help Nicole bone marrow registry drive is today from 11:30-7:00 in the SADD Café;
The RICE meeting will be moved to 5:00 on Friday;
For the Potluck on 12/11; bring food symbolizing your hall
Vice President's Report - Kimberly Mattson
Res. Rights - Theresa Lee: smoking outside the halls is being discussed, McMahon as an upper-class hall was also discussed;
CPC - Jacob Casey: CPC is working on clarifying the structure of the committee within RHSA and HFS;
CAC - Jeannine St. John & Candace Faber: taste-testing today for the HUB's concept "Firecracker" will be in By George
Hall Council Reports - RHSA Representatives
HPC: discussed Rick's Café;
MC2: Giving Tree, the hall constitution is being revised;
MacCity: Condom Olympics;
TLHC: forming a bowling team for the undisputed hall championship, American Pie in the lounge, band concert in the Terry Café;
SMAC: band concert in the Terry Café coming up, ski trip meeting;
HA!: bowling practices are coming up to determine the best players for the team

Announcements
Allison Schletzbaum brought up the WAC change - a decision has not been made by HFS about how to do registration next year. The General Council will be informed. Student input will be collected, but students will not make any of the final decisions.
SMAC wants input on their upcoming trip to Whistler;
Chris wants people to go see Agape;
There is a blood drive on Thursday in the Terry Main Lounge;
"American Pie" has been moved to Friday at 9:00;
Kathlyn suggested that the RHSA Executive Board receive applause for their recent hard work;
The meeting was then adjourned.
