Hey everyone,

Thanks to all of your great submissions for September we won a National OTM. 
Kendall Gourley-Paterson was named National Student of the Month in adddition 
to the three Regional OTMs we received for September.  Please submit an OTM for the month of October. 

Just visit otms.nrhh.org to submit an OTM for October and if you don't have an 
account, feel free to create one.  (E-mail me if you're having any problems with this) Need an idea for an OTM to write?

Student- Was there a student who took some initiative on your floor?
RA- Do you know an RA who was able to develop a floor community immediately?
Spotlight- Was there a person in Eleven 01 or McMahon 8 who has been great?
Community- Did the RAs or exec board in your building create a great community?
Organization- Did you hall council start off with a bang?
Educational Program - Was there a good alcohol program in your building?
Social Program- Halloween programming (Haunted House, Pumpking Carving, etc.)
Diversity Program- National Coming Out Day programming
Adivsor- Did your hall council advisor go above and beyond this month?

Just remember to make the nomination month-specific i.e. write about specific 
things that person did during the month of October.  Also, think about specific actions that were outside of the job description of that person.
