[Soasiastudents] Book Sale November 16/17

EVENT UPDATE:  

The South Asia Center with the SouthEast Asia Center is hosting a Book Sale on November 16 and 17 of this month. 
Please mark your calendars and save the date! 

The booksale is a fundraiser.  

The South Asia Center is offering books at very reasonable prices on varied subjects and disciplines: academic journals, anthropology, political science, geography, history, South Asian Fiction, language and linguistics, general encyclopedias, illustrated full-color magazines and more!  Please do take this opportunity to add to your library and support the South and SouthEast Asia Centers. 

In addition, there will also be a bake sale.  Please let us know if you are able to bring in a bake item for sale on the 16th and 17th. Some ideas : cookies, cakes, brownies,  pies and samosas, - and more in this genre! 

Volunteer help for this and the book sale is most welcome ! - as are suggestions for making the event successful.
