Hello,

My name is Raveen and I am one of the members of the UW Giddha team. We are
a Punjabi dance team which was founded two years ago and we are now starting
the third year of this team. Actually, we are looking for new members for
the upcoming year, and I am hoping you can help me get the word out through
your group/club's listserv. We have tryouts coming up on October 23, 2010
for new members. Can you please send the following message to the members on
your listserv? This would be greatly appreciated!


"Hello Everyone!  UW Giddha is cordially inviting you to come tryout and be
part of our wonderful team! This will be the third year for the team and we
are planning on making it the best! So, please come tryout and be a part of
the Pacific Northwest's first Giddha team. We are looking for more female
dancers, singers, and someone who can play the "Dhol". If you or or friends
think you are or will be interested, don't miss this chance!

The tryouts will be held on October 23rd, from 2:00 in the IMA room 316.

Please wear sweats and bring some water with you. We hope to see you all
there!
