Presenter: Sugata Nandi, Assistant Professor, Dept. of History, West Bengal
State University, Fulbright Scholar at the University of Washington
2011-2012.
Professor Nandi's paper will shortly be available online for advance
reading.

The next research colloquium will be on March 1: Manish Chalana will
present on sustainable development and planning in the upper Himalayas.
