Our guest speaker is Dr. Kelly Edwards, Associate Professor, Bioethics & Humanities, Adjunct Associate Professor, Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences 
and Core Faculty, Institute for Public Health Genetics. Dr. Edwards will talk on the proposed changes to the Common Rule, particularly for future unspecified use of specimens contained in Biobanks.
