Change of List Name: gis-l@u -> uw-gis-l@u

Sorry if this causes any problems.  And also sorry for the cross-posting
(there are some people who post to this list but are not subscribers, and 
I wanted to inform them as well).  

The name of the GIS-L at u.washington.edu list has been changed to: 

	uw-gis-l at u.washington.edu

One of the subscribers (Robert Norheim) suggested this change, as there is
already a list called gis-l, which is really worldwide in the scope of its
participants.  This list is intended to serve as a technical forum mainly
the University of Washington's students, staff, and faculty, although
anyone on the internet may participate. Because of the possible confusion
between the names of these 2 lists, I have followed Rob's advice and
changed the name of the list.  This would have happened a few weeks ago,
but C&C's SNAFU caused a delay.

Thanks for your attention, and please update your address books.  As soon
as I see that the changeover has worked successfully, I will have C&C kill
the old gis-l
