1) Introductions around table
2) Metadata/Data Updates
   a) ONRC -- Rob & Teresa (5 minutes)
   b) PRISM -- Nick  (5 minutes)
   c) Libraries -- Kathryn  (5 minutes)
3) ESRI License Payments
   NT service; other software needs
4) UCGIS --  delegates, $1000 membership fee, web participation
5) UWCGIA -- roles, nominating committee, mailing lists

REMINDER: There will be a second round of UIF, and the best route
to the most solid proposal requires us to have open communication.
