ESRI licensing status: still holding

This is really getting ridiculous, that we've waited so long for the
statewide license to go through, and we're still waiting.  I periodically
check the license keycode generator to see if the timeout date is in 2000,
and I keep seeing one more month.  I'm still going to wait until the
license goes through to generate everyone's keycode, except for those few
exceptions that need individual codes.  If I forget to get you yours let
me know.
