Arc8 license.dat files

For those of you who are running your own license servers and are wishing
to move up to arc8, you will need to still be patient.

ESRI's online keycode generator, which I use to get your license.dat
files, has not yet been upgraded to generate arc8 licenses. When that
happens, I'll generate a new round of keycodes.

In the mean time, if you want to run arc8, you will need to use space as
your license server. To do this:

NT: set an system or user variable ESRI_LICENSE_FILE to 27005 at space
You will also need to add cfr.washington.edu in your domain search order
in the Win ctrl panel. Note! you need to uninstall arc7 usersetup
before installing arc8!

UNIX: set an env variable LM_LICENSE_FILE to 27005 at space. You will also
need to have this line added to your /etc/hosts:
128.95.36.2 space space.cfr space.cfr.washington.edu

For all users: your license client needs to be in this list of UW IP
domains to get a license from space: 128.95.*, 140.142.*, 128.208.*
